KS Maskinteknik located in Frederikshavn has open positions as Industrial Technician/Machinist for CNC-controlled machines.

At KS Maskinteknik, we are currently looking for industrial technicians or machinists to join our production team on a permanent day shift. We supply metal and plastic products to our customers across various market segments through our modern production setup, which includes turning/milling technology, robotic welding, and our own 3D measuring machine.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and create CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam)
• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment for metal and plastic, including milling and turning
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Perform quality control and troubleshooting
• Monitor the production process and ensure high quality and accuracy in accordance with KS Maskinteknik’s ISO9001 certification
• Collaborate across production and with management to meet customer specifications and deliveries – including introducing new products into production
Qualifications:
• Education as an industrial technician, machinist, or similar
• Experience with CNC machining and use of CAM software
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Basic understanding of metal and plastic machining, especially regarding tolerances
• Accuracy and precision in work
• Ability to solve technical challenges
Requirements:
• Experience in CNC machine operation and programming
• Proficiency in CAM software for independently creating CNC programs for order-based projects
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control
• Strong collaboration skills with the wider production team, and an interest in contributing to the innovative development currently taking place at KS Maskinteknik
