Do you want to play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient day-to-day operations on site?
We are looking for a Demolition Supervisor to support the daily coordination of our cleaning team for both hazmat and non-hazmat materials. This is a working supervisor position where you will combine hands-on work with the coordination and follow-up of daily activities.
You will work closely with the assistant site Manager and act as a link between the workforce and site management, helping to ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

Modern American Recycling Services Europe (M.A.R.S. Europe) is one of the leading players in dismantling and recycling large offshore structures. Our journey began in the USA, and since 2019, we’ve been operating out of Frederikshavn.
We currently employ more than 150 internal staff and collaborate with over 50 external colleagues. Our customers come from all over the world, and our workforce is as diverse as our projects.
Your job
- Coordinate and distribute daily work tasks in collaboration with the assistant site Manager
- Monitor progress and support the completion of planned activities
- Promote safe working practices through coaching and guidance, including contributing to a positive team culture
- Support compliance with site safety procedures and Life Saving Rules
- Ensure the team has access to the necessary tools and equipment and coordinate maintenance when required
- Prepare daily reports and provide updates to the assistant site Manager
- Coordinate activities with other site supervisors, including SIMOPS operations
- Collect and communicate relevant employee feedback to the Site Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- You might have experience as a foreman, team coordinator, supervisor, or in a similar role
- A trade background, preferably as a carpenter or a similar hands-on profession
- Comfortably combining practical work with daily coordination responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic work environment
- Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with colleagues at all levels
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Forklift certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement
